Coaching at Work is a UK-based bi-monthly journal publisher and events provider, offering information, thought leadership, practical knowledge, research and CPD in coaching and mentoring.
Coaching at Work publishes a range of professional articles including on research, it also has a regular 'Research Matters' column, currently hosted by Oxford Brookes University (Sheffield Hallam was a former host), exploring research issues relating to coaching and mentoring. It has generated and published research with other parties such as professional bodies, including the Poor Practice Survey. In each issue, it publishes one or two reviews of practitioners' experience-based and/or research based books .
Coaching at Work supports research not only by giving papers coverage in the journal but by sharing calls for participation in research, either in the journal or in Coaching at Work's monthly newsletter.
Coaching at Work organises an annual conference in London which includes sessions on research in coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision.
