Key purpose

EMCC UK aim is to promote good practice in mentoring, coaching and supervision. It is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation. EMCC UK is a membership community which works together to maintain, influence, develop and progress high quality standards in coaching, mentoring and supervision across the UK. We provide guidance, standards of practice and codes of ethics to support professional practice. We work with leading experts in the field to provide learning, development and progression through networks, events, conferences and resources.
