The Henley Centre for Coaching is a vibrant learning community. The Centre is the hub for coaching research, coach training, coach CPD and coaching services within the University of Reading.

 

1. Conducting research of publishable quality in peer-refereed journals

Henley's Centre for Coaching team are research active and contributing to the leading journals in leadership and management, as well as specialist coaching journals and practitioner magazines.

The team's research has included meta-analysis, systematic literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative studies into neuroscience and coach competences.
