We exist to empower coaches and coaching scholars to make a significant, positive impact on the field of coaching and the world - through events, webinars, annual Conference, and resource library.
The Institute of Coaching is building the scientific foundation of coaching by inspiring, supporting, and funding coaching research. Our goal is to enhance the validity of coaching and its impact on individuals and organizations. We coordinate a global community of coaching researchers and set standards for coaching research. We welcome research proposals which employ quantitative and/or qualitative research methods to advance the theory, science, profession, and practice of coaching.
The annual Coaching in Leadership & Healthcare conference is offered by the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, and Harvard Medical School. This event features keynotes in leadership, neuroscience, health and well-being, coaching, and human development. Breakout sessions give participants the opportunity to take a deeper dive into the science and art of coaching. We also offer research sessions and poster sessions which highlight the latest coaching science.
