CRL Research Fellows publish research, theory and application on coaching in a wide range of outlets including books, peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings and professional magazines. In one recent example, a research-based book, Helping People Change: Coaching for Lifelong Learning and Growth (Harvard Business Review Press, 2019) was published by CRL Founding Fellows Richard Boyatzis, Melvin Smith and Ellen Van Oosten.
CRL Research Fellows aim to conduct and publish coaching research that is both rigorous and relevant. In addition to presenting at academic conferences and publishing in high-quality peer-refereed journals, research is regularly translated for practitioners and published in professional magazines, online newsletters and blogs. Some examples include: Harvard Business Review, hbr.org, Psychology Today, Training Magazine, and Greater Good Magazine. In addition, Research Fellows are popular keynote speakers and featured podcast guests.
