Coaching is a peer-reviewed journal with explicit focus on the theory, practice and research of coaching. It publishes coaching research for academics, coaches, and positive psychology practitioners.
The IJEBCM is an Open Access, international peer reviewed journal, published bi-annually online in February and August since 2003. Reviewing follows a double blind peer review process.
The purpose of the journal is to contribute to furthering a collective understanding as to what coaching is, what it can become, and how coaching can have a positive impact on society as a whole.
