The Coaching Knowledge Portal is initiated by the Future of Coaching Collaboration (FCC). It allows anyone interested in coaching, as a contributor or user, (e.g. potential organisational purchasers of coaching, individual clients, researchers, policy makers and new students of coaching) to access information about the contribution to original coaching knowledge by various providers.
Coaching Knowledge Providers from around the world have listed the activities that contribute to the development of the knowledge base of coaching. As a registered Knowledge Provider you need to be a genuine creator of original coaching knowledge – so for example a university, a journal, a book publisher, a research organisation etc.
If you would like to add your original coaching knowledge activities, first read our principles for inclusion and then register as a Knowledge Provider.
The Coaching Knowledge Portal will:
- Assist in the dissemination of coaching knowledge in coaching communities and society as a whole
- Connect coaching knowledge creators in order to exchange ideas, avoid duplication of effort and facilitate collaboration
- Allow interested parties to evaluate the effort of the coaching communities in the endeavour of continuing development of coaching knowledge
- Provide an opportunity for mapping and suggestions of strategies that help further development of knowledge base of coaching (considering an absence of joint regulatory bodies).
