Business or organisation contributing to knowledge creation | Sheela Hobden

These organisations, whether in the public, private or charitable sectors contribute to generating original research from within their organisation. They conduct studies and ‘experiments’ to high standards within their company, firm or institution and study the experience, impact or other aspects of coaching within their domain. The knowledge creating activities are documented and published to share with others their experiences and findings. The scale of the organisations involved can vary between global multinationals through to small, single site operations. The commonality is the genuine desire to conduct and share the outcomes from coaching related activities.
